July 1, 2007Well i recently switched back to my old routine because the strength training 5×5 program wasn’t working that well. Seems that the change in routine helped though when i switched back got some good gains straight away. Also got my Personal best deadlift the other day at the gym, pulled 140 kg 3 times but then lost grip so next time i might go for it again, goal is to get 140kgx8. anyways happy lifting
