What i did and am doing now 10/16/09

I recently returned my camera because it wasn’t functioning correctly. They are sending me a new one. After i receive it, there will be new pics of my progress. It’s been a while since i’ve posted new pics.

I’ve been keeping busy with a few classes and homework. trust me , nothing i can’t handle.
The band has been great. Our last show was a few weeks ago in a small town "Modesto’ it was fkn hot and humid there but the crowd was great. Drunk chicks pulling on my mic chord , grabbing my leg , arse, you name it….haha…i was like ..’dude i’m trying to sing here’ pull on me later’ lmao. We have 34 songs and another 5 more to go soon.

Stuff i did over Summers end;

Been making some trips up North to Oregon and Washington. Alot of my good friends live up there. I like road trips so driving or flying for me isn’t an issue. Went camping a few times, 4×4 in my truck, high in the Oregon Mountains.  Visited my brother for a week at the Fort Lewis Army base in Washington. We partied a bit, drank, slept, woke up with hangover, chucked a few times then it went away by nightfall. Went to a wedding in Oregon, Worked out of a garage.
Road Amtrak to Olympia Wa. from Ca…an 18 hr trip with my mum. Roamed all over the train, talked with strangers , had an interesting conversation with an older woman fresh from Australia. When the waitress read her the specials she didn’t even know what a burrito was…haha…i was like ‘ its a sort of food wrap that’ll give you gas’ she grinned at me with a slight smile and ordered it anyway. I liked her accent.

i’ve been getting back to hitting the weights on a regular basis, also jogging along the river near the University, rain or shine it’s all good.  
Haven’t been sleeping all to well as of late so i’ve chosen a few books to read before bed. Current one is " Homebody" by Orson Scott Card. So far so good. i dunno , guess it’s about some architect dude who built a solid house for his new wife in the late 1800’s. After they died their children kept it for a few years sold it and since has been lived in by students and sold to different land lords and now this one dude comes in and actually wants to buy it and restore it somewhat. There’s a mystery about the house though…….the Original owners died kind of young..herrrmm…so yeah dude.

Welp, guess I’m gonna help a friend move a stove to his new house during my lunch break.

I’m waiting to get a camera next week so i can post my new progress pictures. I’ve packed on some good muscle everywhere. My next target now will be my abs. I work them out but they haven’t been my focus as of late.

5th week in training

June 4, 2008

This is my 5th week in training and i’ve gained awesome muscle gain and decreased my body fat. I will have pictures up Sunday 6/8/2008. I’m going to borrow my brothers camera…they are too expensive…heh

I’ve been eating good healthy foods and been drinking alot of water. Can’t wait to see what i will look like in another month. Eating good portions of chicken, tuna, albacore, egg whites, fresh tri tip strips, uncooked oat meal / milk, vegetables , rice , rice cakes and peanut butter sammiches are proving to be essential to my muscle gowth. I get the greatest pumps everytime i work out.

With a great plan and commitment anything is possible, most definatley :)

This will be the start of my second week in training. 2 body parts a day until the 5th day when i do a meduim weight circuit work out to finish the week. I’ll have new pictures up  by Sunday 5/18/2008. This will show my two week progress.

Welp, i’m on my way to wash clothes and do some studying before i hit the gym.
