12:30 pm - 4 oz chicken breast (w/ chilli powder), 1 serv whole wheat cous-cous
3 pm - 1/2 cup egg whites, protein bar
6:30 pm - WORKOUT
7:30 pm - 2 scoops Isopure w/ water
8:30 pm - Salad (spring greens, avocado, garbanzo beans, walnuts, radishes, mushrooms, shitake mushroom vinaigrette)
