Meal Plan for Tuesday
6:30 am - 1 cup Kashi w/ soy milk
8:30 am - 1 tangerine
10 am - 4 oz flank steak, 1/2 cup brown rice
12:30 am - chicken salad
3 pm - 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice
5:30 pm - chocolate banana protein pancakes w/ sugar-free syrup
8 pm - broccoli and flank steak stir fry
WORKOUT 6 pmĀ - 60 minutes cardio
