So we are half way done with our 12 week transformation! I am seeing a lot of progress and still going strong. Yes I finally posted more pics up which I HATE doing. I am looking forward to my final progress pics I can’t wait to show off what I have accomplished!!!

Okay they are up and it is stressing me out. I have never been a fan of posting up pictures of myself but…..here they are.
This is just 2 weeks into my transformation and thankfully we are getting somewhere. I was nervous to take them because only 2 weeks and I hadn’t noticed any change.
Once the pics were up compared to the first ones….there is some differences. I have better posture and there is some muscle starting to form. I can’t wait to see them again in 2 more weeks! Let me know what you think.

So I am about a week and a half into my training. Today was the first day I did my abs….slacker I know! The last time I actually work our my abs is too embarrassing to mention.
So Miceller Mike and I hit the gym to do some serious ab work. We did 5 or 6 different things that all kicked both of our abs! I am probably going to have trouble breathing tomorrow I will be that sore.
If anyone has any amazing ab workouts let me know. I am looking for some different stuff we can throw in there next time (that is if Mike can keep up with me) to really push ourselves!

I have always been thin and never had any desire to change that. With the support and motivation from my co-workers I have decided to make a transformation. I wasn’t sure what I would be able to do until I took my before picture. After seeing that I realized I have absolutely NO muscle, which of coarse is my goal really easy to choose! Yesterday was day 1 and I am going for 3 months (wish me luck). Here’s to 2008 a New Year ~ New You!
