Starting Over From Scratch

It’s been 5 months in the desert, and I realize that I’ve been slacking on weight training the whole time. I’ve gained weight, and not the good kind. I’m not sure how this happened, but that’s in the past. Today is a new day, and a new beginning. 

I’ve just started hitting the gym this morning, this feels like the start of something real. But one day isn’t gonna cut it, not in this sport. I gotta re-dedicate myself to lifting to get where truely want to be. It starts here, and it starts now!!

Looking for Advice

I’m looking to put on some size while loosing fat, any ideas?

I’m also looking for tips on how to gauge my food portions. Most training diets I see in magazines are for 200 lbs guys, I’m only 180lbs with like 15% bodyfat, so I need some help with choosing my food sizes.
