I’m the April fool this year…
The joke of the day was my diet. Let me break it down:
0600: 1 cut steel cut oats, 3 egg whites, 1 egg.
0830: 2 LARGE pancakes w/3 tbsp honey, 2 hashbrowns (with 2 packets of Ketchup), 1 "wheat" slice of toast, 2 tbsp jelly, I HUGE Vegetable Omelet with plenty of cheese.
1030: 1 cup coffee with approx. 5 oz rhudabarb (sp?) cake.
1145: Special edition 3 mustateers bar (mint flavor with dark chocolate)
1400: 1 Chicken breast, 1 cup vegetables, 1 cup brown rice
1500: 1 apple with 1 tbsp Natural PB
1530: Strawberry nutrigrain bar
1600: 2 scoops italian ice cream on cone
(I’m sure you’re nausated by now…)
Post work out (1 hr cardio)
2100: I scoop protein powder (what a waste huh?), 1/2 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup kashi cereal, 1/2 of Craisins.
You know what pisses me off? That I probably won’t gain an ounce for this because when I "diet" (eat healthy) I don’t lose any weight either!!!!!!!!!! Yet, I still need to feel as though I’m doing something good. This was the first time in a long time (6 or 6 months?) that I have eaten like this…all this because Lent was over with! Tomorrow is another day…
