Good Morining, Im up early this morning mainly because Im normally at work at this time, but today Im going in at 3:00pm. Anyway feeling great had a nice run with my homie yesterday, we’re starting to get into a nice grove, she pushes me as hard as I push her and we’re hiving fun in the process. Im a lil sore but nothing major I have energy and not feeling tired, so I know my body is responding well to eating healthy and working out.

Ok so yesterday I went to GNC to pick up some supps, I bought Myofusion and SuperPump250. I must say when I opened the containers, I was rather shocked. Because it just didnt seem that there was actually 2lbs of protein in the Myofusion. Other proteins Ive bought were sorta filled to the top, but with this container it seemed like someone had already gone through half the container. Now one clerk at another GNC told me it was due to the product sitting too long, same thing I noticed with the superpump250. I dnt know about ya’ll but if Im paying that much money for something I want to see a little more product for all the money thats coming out of my pockets.
Anyway other than that, Im ready to get back to my cardio since Im off my 3rd shift nightmare THANK GOD !!! I hated working that shift, I felt ****ty and had no energy maily because my diet sucked. But now Im back and ready, I got my gym membership and I’ve been going at it and getting a little better and plan to work out at home and possibly get PX90.

I’ll be first person to admit I am not a fan of running, but I know if I want to lose this flab I have to. But I finally found some good running music, so it makes it seem less boring and tedious, most of my running music consist or rap, mainly 2pac. 2pac makes great running music at least in my opinion, it helps me get goin and use y built up frustration due to my recent break up as a tool to keep goin. I actually ran for an hour today, the initial plan was a 30 min run but listening to All Eyez On Me I lost track of time a before I knew I had ran for an hour. Think Im gonna have to download more 2pac….lol.

Worked out today did my cardio this morning, then did anoter full body workout today. That’s basically my training program, cardio and full body. Still working on eating clean, Im on vacation from work starting tomorrow, its gonna be 55 degrees so I’ll finally go running outside. Besides that feeling good and trying to stay on track.

I did manage to get a workout in today, fullbody work-out, legs, biceps,triceps, and everything in between. Wish I could go running tomorrow but it will be another wash out. I dont really like the treadmil, but I guess it will have to do. I also finally managed to get all of mys sups, so time to put the pedal to the medal and hit the ground a 100 miles and running.

Ok, the weather in Philly sucks right now, its warm but its also raining. I dont know about most of you, sometimes the weather greatly affects my mood, so of course the weather is crappy so am I. I woke up about 10:40 missing my mornign cardio, but the day is still young so I plan on making up for it. I cant wait until the spring time, I am not a fan of winter because most of the time I dont want to do anything. Thats all for now, have a safe and wonderful day.

Ok so Im about to buy my supps and I wanted to know if I purchase Beta Alinine, BCAA, Glutamine, do I need to purchase AKG also. I dont want to spend my hard earned money of something I dont really need. I need your advice people, thanks.
