I did manage to get a workout in today, fullbody work-out, legs, biceps,triceps, and everything in between. Wish I could go running tomorrow but it will be another wash out. I dont really like the treadmil, but I guess it will have to do. I also finally managed to get all of mys sups, so time to put the pedal to the medal and hit the ground a 100 miles and running.
