You probably already know this, but if you take 800-1600 mg of Vitamin C after your workout, you will greatly reduce your soreness for the next day.

Hey guy: I was surprised when I didn't get the support and encouragement from family and friends who thought I was getting too much into bb'ing--that really made me go deeper into myself--and check my internal motivation. Of course, now, everyone is very proud of my accomplishments, and when someone (ususally someone who doesn't even know me--) offers, "gee you look skiny. . . " I pump up my chest as ask, "where exactly am I skinny?" Hahahaha. Keep focused on your goals. You look fantastic. You have achieved some amazing results.

Hang in there! And congrats on competing - you've done a great job of "shaping up" over the past year and I'm sure it's worth all the temporary aggravation you might experience. Keep up the great work and good luck!

Great job, Kirk! The same thing happened to me as well. However, my weight went back up from 187 to 195 to 193, I was in shock as well. But I'm letting the weight bother me cause I know I am doing the right thing. My waist is getting smaller because I just had to take my duty gear and make it smaller again. WOW, I'm running out of room on that belt.

Well I think that you are in an ideal situation, I would love to be able to lose the weight and still stay strong. Just ride it out if it keeps happening just remember that you have kicked your metabolism into a higher gear and you will eventually tapper off again. I am not sure why you want to stay heavy?? is it for a class in competition? Im clueless
