Sunday soreness
well did Legs on Friday, Chest on Saturday and I’m stiff as anything. GAWD does it feel good!! I definitely feel larger then ever, but the scale reads the same. Today was almost a wasted day of driving looking for some hills to take my girls sledding. Got too warm and wasn’t enuff snow on the ground, but now they think I melted the snow so I wouldn’t have to take em! Ugh!! Hard to fight 4yr old logic sometimes, but she keeps me honest as she doesn’t pull any punches or shade any statements (a rarity in this day and age). tryin now to watch some of the game before I start my long day tomorrow. Got deadlifts in the schedule

You probably already know this, but if you take 800-1600 mg of Vitamin C after your workout, you will greatly reduce your soreness for the next day.
