Just another way for me to kill time.
Depletion-isnt that bad, only thing i dont like is the cardio (though it has gotten easy) i have never liked it from the begining.
Dieting- It was my first year to do it, and on saturday night i would like to say it was a succesful year.
Contest Prep- I know what to expect next time, wont be that big of a shocker, and will be much easier.
Competing- being on stage is the best feeling in the world.
Off Season- Progress is the main focus, up in strength, up in weight, up in muscle mass, just really focus on weak points, and find a way to progress.
Pisses me off- People who dont follow through with what they say.
Disappointed me the last 2 weeks, no one from TBNET showed up at the Central, or the Tampa Classics, so I dont expect anyone to show up to the MID FL.
Ben was the only one, but id rather call him a southern muscle soldier then a TBNET guy.
Everyone is still welcome to my house on sunday the 22nd @ 6:30pm.
My mom is cooking, Matts Grandma is cooking, there will be food. and everyone is welcome to bring food or come and eat.
well that killed a little bit of time, that’s what i was aiming for, hope everyone is doing good.
