					<description>I also found foods that were packaged in easily measured amounts.  A can of tuna, a chicken breast, slices of lowfat cheese and turkey breast etc.  Also - I tend to eat the same foods over time so once I figure out what a 3rd of a pound of Greek Salad has from the deli -  I can mix up meals easily knowing portions.  On heavy workout days - I can add a half portion for extra calories.</description>

					<description>do you have a general idea of how many calories/fat/protein you need a day? I am sure you can find it on BB.com.

If you are having problems with portions, I would recommend measuring out your food, making it ahead of time and keeping a journal of what you eat so you know where you are through out the day.</description>
