Diet / Nutrition
I am looking for any advice, ideas, or suggestions that are offered. I have always been in shape and never had any problem with the actual physical part of working out out. My problem has always been with the dieting and nutrition aspect. I have a good idea on how to eat properly but my problem has always been with how to find my portions and correctly structure a diet around them. I am looking for help with a diet on how properly to portion out my meals and when to eat certain foods. I am currently in good shape with an athletic build. I am not looking to get shredded or blow up, but maintain a lean athletic build. I have a physically demanding job, and all my hobbies are physical. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
