I have recently updated my stats. I have been able to lower my bodyfat roughly 4 percent. My waist and hip size have decreased and my shoulder circumfrance has increased. My arms as a whole have lost some size but obviously are much more defined. I have been able to add an inch and a half to calves in about 4 months or so. I have not lost any strength anywhere and have gained in some areas specifically deltoid and back excercises. My focus for right now is to increase quad size which now is a dismal 20 inches. I also would like to bring up my chest measurement from its current 44 to around 48-50 although that will likely take at least a year. Im considering changing my split to monday chest and bis and tuesday delts and tris as I feel it may allow for greater gains in the chest department without having to do delts the same day.
