					<description>Completed on Thursday afternoon;
200 push-ups broken in five groups of 40 push-ups (still sore)
100 bodyweight squats broken in a single set of 100 bodyweight squats with front kick (to extend the quads and right knee)
100 crunches broken in two series of 50.
Oss SensiD your challenges are tough, makes me wonder about my spirit.  I tried today to repeat it and only did some of the push-ups, then went out running (easy way out)  Rather break the push-ups for one day, the curnches for the next, and the squats for the recovery.</description>
