Back from San Salvador and into my day to day, well maybe not. Started today early someone had to wash the dog and since it is my dog, well, let us take it as the warm up for arms and back.
Then at 8 am, hit the road, I missed my road, you cannot run in down town San Salvador, sorry it is not safe or so is what the rest of the people there tells me all the time.
01:21:04 and 12 km latter, I’m done with the first part of it!
1101 kcal, 171-ppm Max, 154-ppm average, not bad, tomorrow I will rest from running.
Then hit the shower, eat some light fruits and to the Gym.
Warm up, and since I have done little or nothing this past week (lets say push-ups do not count)
Started with triceps:
3 series of 12 of deeps, bodyweight
3 series of 12 of French press, 25"
3 series of 12 of kickbacks, 25"
Then moved to the chess
3 series of 12 flat bench-press 140"
3 series of 12-incline bench-press 120"
3 series of 12-decline bench-press 90"
End with the shoulders
3 series of 12 fronts raises 25"
3 series of 12 laterals raises 25"
3 series of 12 back raises 25"
The only sad thing is that tomorrow is the last tournament of Shotokan of the year, I will not be there, while in El Salvador I got sick and start vomiting all night, so boys, no matter what stay away from ice in your lemonade

Next week we have to travel to El Salvador to audit an operation we have there in San Salvador. Not a nice city, the hotel is fine, may end using the hotel’s gym, who knows.
I will ask my Sensei if I can participate in the last Karate Tournament on the 26th, at this point I’m at my highest point of motivation, but a trip away from home, and no training is always a bad distractor.

Only 10 Km for today, not bad considering that temperature was around 27C. I think what I like about short runs is that you have more time to spear after that.
Today stats are simple: 01:05:39, Max 159 (88%) Average: 151 (84%) Ending this week with an expenditure of only 3456 kCal
Trained this week weights in the gym as well, starting to regain some size, after training for the past tournaments; I was missing the burning feeling of incline press bench!
Next week we will see how are my arms, planning to see if I can add just a bit of size to them, specially the forearms.
Regards
