Went back after work today to hit chest again since didn’t really feel like I got enuf of a pump this morning. Glad I did I’m sure ill b feelin some DOMS 2moro

SHIT SON my legs are sore as fuk from the heavy squats the other day…going up and down stairs is a fukking nightmare. Hopefully itll feel a lot better tomorrow.
Cuts officially over…got a solid 4 pack and 6 pack is starting to show. Hopefully on this next bulk Ill add enough mass for it to pop out more even at a higher BF. Clean bulk starts tomorrow - excited to be able to eat a little more now!

Decided to hit chest a lot harder since the other chest day workout was a piece of shit lol. Ate the best breakfast/lunch ever…pancakes + sausage + eggs + potatoes and bacon lol so had to hit the gym HARD, which I think I did.
Flat Bench - 135×10, 185×8, 205×5, 5, 4, 5, 4
Incline Bench - 135×8, 155×9, 175×5, 5, 4
Cable Fly (high, medium, low) 5-6 reps each, 27.5 lb on each….really felt it burn
Dips - 8, 7, 7, 6
Cardio
20 minute run
5 minute walk

WEAK workout today lol, woke up late so only got to do 20 minutes of weights and 15 minutes of cardio FML…will try to hit to hit the gym again today after work to make up for weak effort this morning.

yep, biked for 30 miles today with some buddies
took about 2 hours but felt so nice to be outside (warm ~65 degrees)
burned close to 2000 calories and pigged out on pizza afterwards mmmmm lol
