Somedays, things just don’t happen for a reason. Work is affecting my Quality Of Life (QOL). Work + $$$ not equaling QOL!!
No workout this morning due to 6 a.m. start time at office after leaving at 11:30 pm last night. Diet is out the window. Fast food… fast food… and fast food…
The end is near and should be back on track tomorrow as most of surge will be done by noon tomorrow

Although defeated, this was our teams first match in a higher division of competition. Scoring the first "Try" of the match, we preceeded to almost score a second before the half time whistle. The pounding we took in the first half made for a tough second half, with the opposing team scoring twice. Our attempts to answer the scores were haulted when the opposing team succesfully stopped 3 Try-Line attempts by kicking the ball away or stopping our advance. Penalties were equal on both sides as decided by a NCAA International Referee. Overall, the game was definitely won by the two packs as most of the meters gained where by the two opposing packs. Final score 10 - 5 in their favor. Our "B" side won their match 41-28. A great Rugby Day was had by all attending!! Post game and my Birthday party followed the Match!!
