A new week begins..
So my week starts at 0500 today and even though I know I should be sleeping Im just so anxious.I have a new workout put together for legs and I cant wait to hit it up again.I can actually feel my body gaining the weigth as I go from workout to workout and I know the last remaining pounds lye in my legs.My legs/calves have been my main focus for the last month and Im finally on the right track (or so I think) so I’m going to start hit the rest of my body just as hard in the upcoming weeks.I really dont think I could I do any of it without the motovation I get from this site.So as my new week beigins I want to wish everyone goodluck and heavylifting.
