So my week starts at 0500 today and even though I know I should be sleeping Im just so anxious.I have a new workout put together for legs and I cant wait to hit it up again.I can actually feel my body gaining the weigth as I go from workout to workout and I know the last remaining pounds lye in my legs.My legs/calves have been my main focus for the last month and Im finally on the right track (or so I think) so I’m going to start hit the rest of my body just as hard in the upcoming weeks.I really dont think I could I do any of it without the motovation I get from this site.So as my new week beigins I want to wish everyone goodluck and heavylifting.

Well tonight I went into the gym with all intentions of doing back and after doing my third exercise I felt the need to do legs.Of course my legs are the only part of my body that is lagging so when I hit them I hit them hard and tonight I did just that.I switched up my routine and alternate between barbell walking lunges and leg extensions for 4 sets and then finishing off with 4 sets of heavy leg presses.I have never felt as though i really worked my legs until tonight so from now on I think every time I do legs I will be doing then late at night.
