Busy year, getting back to me
Saturday, June 21st, 2008I’m still in decent shape, compared to my personal training clients. I’m working hard with them to reach their goals, but I’ve lost the motivation to get moving on my own goals. I’m sleeping crappy, my knees ache (having one scoped soon), my diet stinks, and my workouts suffer because of it.
I’m starting w/ melatonin again this weekend which usually helps w/ the sleep issue, but I still need to to get moving on my goals again. I’m 99% sure that my diet has everything to do w/ where I am. I’m really not looking for a super-hard bodybuilder’s body. As impressed as I am by the hard work and dieting that gets someone so ripped, that’s not my thing. But I certainly want to see my glutes and thighs harder before the summer is over.
Slowly, my body has been getting softer. Driving me nuts!!!
