Lunch:

      

  • Some combo food of chicken/turkey sandwich etc.

PreWorkout:

      

  • 2-3 Scoop No Supplement (caff.no.creat)

  • Aspirin and Rolaids for Leg Day
  •  

  • Glass of Water H20

PostWorktou:

      

  • Torrent or Mass Recovery

Dinner:

      

  • Zero Impact Protein Shake
  •  

  • Thin Fat
  •  

  • Multi Vitamin

Late Night Snack:

      

  • Protein Shake or 100% Greens N Whey

 

6PM Workout/ if leaned up will drink a noxplode/mass recovery while working out/if trying to lean up I skip this and just go NO Xplode by itself
