- 2-3 Scoop No Supplement (caff.no.creat)
- Aspirin and Rolaids for Leg Day
- Glass of Water H20
PostWorktou:
- Torrent or Mass Recovery
Dinner:
- Zero Impact Protein Shake
- Thin Fat
- Multi Vitamin
Late Night Snack:
- Protein Shake or 100% Greens N Whey
6PM Workout/ if leaned up will drink a noxplode/mass recovery while working out/if trying to lean up I skip this and just go NO Xplode by itself
