Greg, that's so true! if you're satisfied with your look, you might slack. people don't want to slack, people want to continue to be better each time.

I agree totally. I just did a show this past weekend. Everyone came up to me to tell me that they thought I should have won overall. I worked my heart off and was very tired 3 weeks ago. I was more than ready for the show. I was right on cue.

But, I'm not distressed because I went on stage for one purpose, to show the light of God that was in me. Because of that attitude, my husband and 2 boys behaved well in the audience (the boys that is not my husband). 3 of my friend drove 2.5 hours to support me. I ran into 2 other friends there and the spirit just kept sending me more and more support to the point that I was beaming with joy.
I was so happy not because I was performing, but because I felt the grace of God during my entire performance. That is what I will remember from the show, not what the judges said because what he said was not even true.

I understand where you are coming from.a guy in the gym always argues with me and tells me I look great. I have to point out the desfect in my medial delt, my left calf is 1/4 inch bigger than my right. He doesn't understand stage scrutiny.

Hey man, leave Charlie alone, it's awesome to have someone like him in an otherwise dodgy competition. Puts all the losers in their place. But I know what you mean, there's nothing like getting a full on leg pump. By the way, should you be calling other girls 'gorgeous'? Doesn't the wife have something to say about that?

Anyway, love your work - big fan. When you go pro I'll be there giving all the support and financial advice you need.

Your bro' Jeff.

No comp wisdom to offer here, but if your goal was to get your IBBF pro card by the end of the year, April is only 4 months later. IMO you go balls to walls until April and add the size you know you need to win. Keep your eye on the goal my friend! Put everything you've got, including your resources into getting that card if that's what you really want. Good luck to you Greg. BTW, you pics are awsome - you look like a winner to me!
