Finally! Down to 13% Body-Fat!
Damn! lol… It’s about time huh? Finally got the HIIT in at the middle of March, and I have noticed some really significant body-fat loss. I upped my protein intake to about 2grams per lb of body weight. So I get roughly about 380-400 grams of protein per day, at the moment I weight 196lbs. I still eat like a dog though, good thing it’s clean.
My lifts went up quite a bit too! I’ll update some of my lifting stats and some pictures in a moment. But training has been going great! I can see my abs now, I can see a vein in my anterior deltoid!!! lol And oh man, do I get vascularity like heck during my workouts! People stare at me sometimes… lol Still on the 100% ON-Whey, Muscle Milk and Taurine. The stuff is awesome. I’ll upload some pictures tonight also. Good luck everyone, and have fun BBing!
