Losing MORE weight!
I talked to my weight training instructor; and he told me not to worry, because with my calorie intake so high(2500cal/day), it’s most likely that I am losing body fat. I hope that is true. Jan 2, 08 I was 221lbs; Jan 21 I was 215lbs; and February 16, I weighed in at 209lbs. I was upset! lol Because I thought that I was losing muscle mass and did not know why. I am due for a hydrolysis test soon, because I really don’t trust the accuracy of the calipers. Hope all this weight lost was body-fat and not lean muscle tissue! Hoping for the best.
