Cutting Bodyfat!
Ugh… one of the single most difficult things that I have planned to do in my entire life.
Peter, a very good friend of mine, mentors me on some of the nutritional and training aspects of bodybuilding. I told him how the body-fat that I had, was driving me nuts, and I wanted to get rid of it, so I could see what specific muscular tissues or groups needed targeting and training.
His suggestion was a 2-3 week high protein, Non-carbohydrate diet. For 2-3 weeks, my diet will consist of tuna, rice and water… I have forseen the pain and suffering that I will endure during this mini-cut. However, I do want to cut some of the lingering body-fat. Therefore, I will enter a hardcore state of mind, and push it out. Along with my 18 hours of medical school this semester.
Any encouragement would be great; because I will be living in sheer hell until January 21st. Then I can go back to my regular diet. Chicken/Turkey/Tuna/Eggs - Veggies - Low sugar fruits - water - and orange juice.
I’m gonna do it guys! Wish me luck. And I hope you people can reach your goals this year too. If I remain alive for the time, I will make sure I do.

Damm,
You sound as though this is nothing short of hell itself. Remember, you’ve gotten a start date and and an end date. You can suck it up for that long can’t you? Not only that, if you want to suceed you ought to cut yourself one lite cheat meal on sunday. You’ll need it. I’ve done this before. If I can be of any help, let me know.
