Getting started…
Well, I’ll be short and to the point. I was tired of being weak and fat. I was losing weight for a while, but my muscle was going with it. I could not allow this. I have started hitting the gym hard, eating healthy foods, drinking lots and lots of water; and I also try to stay on the go.
I noticed my metabolism skyrocketed also. Food used to stick to me for an entire day… now my body processes it at a normal rate in no time. I have more energy, and when I leave the gym, I’m awake for the entire day with a "pumped" feeling.
I’m really enjoying this. I think I will keep at it for a long while. I have plans to become a sexy manbeast… but that’s far down the road. We shall see later I suppose. LOL Thanks to all on the forum for the support, constructive criticism and kind words.
Looking towards getting Anton Antipov’s body type! WOOT! XD
