First off, hello, to anyone who may be reading this. So unfortunately, for the past few weeks i have done little to no working out (I know, I know). I don’t wanna blame it on anything but my own laziness, but, I have recently moved to a new apartment and have just gotten settled in. Which is a chore in itself. Thats a partial reason, but again, I don’t want to use an excuse because its not hurting anyone but myself. Today will be my first workout in several weeks.
I consider it a new start for myself. Oh and the fact that I have gained a few pounds from eating out a little too much and not working it off is motivation. The guilt is too much to sit on. SO. I will be (get ready for a cheesy workout phrase) kickin’ it into gear from now on.
I have to say that as i get near the end of this blog i feel better already that I got it out and now I can start fresh. Next time I talk to you will be, hopefully, to let you know how many pounds I’ve shed.
