I did it!
Today was my first real workout. I had been working out throught the past week but hadnt been giving it all my energy. Well I’m sitting here, barely able to type this message because of the post-workout soreness I’m already feeling. It feels damn good too
. Ive still been slacking on the diet though. Nothing horrible just a lot of "not so good for you" things. That will be taken care of shortly though. ‘Till next time…

Anthony, don’t worry about stuff. All worrying does is make you feel so depressed you wanna eat some comfort food on the couch. My advice to you is go for it and if you slip up don’t fret. One day isn’t going to make you fat again. It’s the mindset I used when I lost weight.
