I did it!

Today was my first real workout. I had been working out throught the past week but hadnt been giving it all my energy. Well I’m sitting here, barely able to type this message because of the post-workout soreness I’m already feeling. It feels damn good too :) . Ive still been slacking on the diet though. Nothing horrible just a lot of "not so good for you" things. That will be taken care of shortly though. ‘Till next time…

A New Start

First off, hello, to anyone who may be reading this. So unfortunately, for the past few weeks i have done little to no working out (I know, I know). I don’t wanna blame it on anything but my own laziness, but, I have recently moved to a new apartment and have just gotten settled in. Which is a chore in itself. Thats a partial reason, but again, I don’t want to use an excuse because its not hurting anyone but myself. Today will be my first workout in several weeks.

 I consider it a new start for myself. Oh and the fact that I have gained a few pounds from eating out a little too much and not working it off is motivation. The guilt is too much to sit on. SO. I will be (get ready for a cheesy workout phrase) kickin’ it into gear from now on.

 I have to say that as i get near the end of this blog i feel better already that I got it out and now I can start fresh. Next time I talk to you will be, hopefully, to let you know how many pounds I’ve shed.

Lazy Day

So Today I planned to do a workout but I just wasn’t feeling it today. Its like you know you should but you don’t. So I plan to get up tomorrow morning and make up for today. Thats all for now I guess
