challenge me
ok guys I been doing really really bad lately. I been going to the gym regularly for the first time since october. I’m finishing up my 3rd straight week with no misses., but for some reason I just cant get back into it. Before my surgery I was hard core, loving every minute of it. Ok so I didnt love waking up at 5am and I didnt love working out but I did love the way I felt afterwards and I did love the transformations I was making to my body! I need some motivation and something good. Hubby has made me a deal with body fat percentages but when he has a bad day I have a bad day! I need a motivator. I need a challenge to make me want to workout. If I have to prove something to someone I’m more likely to focus on accomplishing it. Any takers??????? lets make 2008 the best year yet!

I am definately a motivating type of person. I will say I motivate others more than myself. However, looking back on the past year I can see progress and that will only make 2008 capitalize on the foundation that was set. Also, when I don’t feel like going to the gym, I usually log on here and within 10 minutes I am motivated and out of the door heading to the gym. Good Luck, Stay Motivated. Vinny
