out of the hospital…

ok guys! I’m home from the hospital finally 8 days later! I had a real scare! I have never appreciated life, family and friends more then I do now. I had my surgery on friday oct 19th and honestly the doctors were thinking the worse. I’m home today and things arent so bad. I have to see a specialist to be treated but ok, I can do that. I want to thank everyone who was talking with my husband and praying for me. You guys are awesome frinds and I havent even been a bb member very long. Thanks guys! ok well I’m going to go rest and take things VERY slow! Let me know how everything is going for everyone. dont worry this is just a minor set back I will be back in the gym going stronger then ever once I’m better! like I said I have a brand new appreciation for life and for my wonderful husband! best of luck to all!

so I think this new workout is really working. I havent been sore for the past two weeks and now that I switched some things up man ol’ man am I sore now. I can really feel it. I love it. I love being sore, then I know I got something out of it. I didnt wake on time this morning so I was a little late hitting the weights but I hit them all the same. I cant imagine ever quitting. When I started this 8 weeks ago it was just a deal I made with my hubby. I told him ok I’ll do it for 12 weeks, thinking to myself if this makes you happy I’ll do it for 12 weeks then let me alon about the weights already! HAHAHA I’m hooked!! Absolutely love it. Hope you are all doing well. Look forward to hearing from you. O’ yea and I posted some new photos from this mornings workout! let me know what you think!

so today was the first day of my new plan. I wasnt happy at all with my progress pictures so I switched things up a little in the gym. Holy crap was it a killer. If I dont see results this time something is wrong. I had a good hard workout. I can already feel it. I cant wait to hit the gym again tomorrow morning. How was everyones weekend? I worked all stinking weekend, as usual! Cant wait to see some results popping up! hope to hear from you guys soon, its been way too quiet around here!

Ok so I was pretty depressed yesterday after getting my progress pictures for 8 weeks taken. I’m past that now! I think for one they were bad pictures because I know I made progress, but I also decided I’m just going to work twice as hard the next 4 weeks and see major progress in my 12 week photos! I changed my workout up a little and I’m going to try a few other little things and I guess we’ll see what happens. Little steps will get me there, and I will get there. Everyone else best of luck on your goals. Keep me posted and stay in touch! we can all do this together! tty soon

alot of work to do

well I have an awful lot of work to do! I’m so disappointed in my 8 week progress pictures. I have worked so hard these past 4 weeks and they are just plain gross. I guess I still have a very long road ahead of me and I have to work even harder then I have been. I thought I was doing better then this. Well I guess now I’ll just look forward to the next 4 week progress pictures! I will get there, I wont let this set me back although I’m feeling pretty much like yuck!

one more day…..

so tomorrow morning I’ll be taking my 8 week progress pictures. I’m just a little excited. I’m fitting in to clothing now that used to fit really tight. I know there is some progress I just cant wait to see it. So today was leg day. One of my favorites. I love my new squat station. I had a really good workout. I woke up early and got it over with so I wouldnt have to stop to clean up after the baby again! LOL! Waking up early and doing your workout is the best way to get it in. At least for me, what better way to wake your body up!!! So how is everyone else doing? is everyone happy with their progress so far? keep in touch, you guys keep me inspired as well. TTYL!!!!!

Today was cardio. It was ok but it wasnt as hard core as I would have hoped it to be. I was right in the middle of my run and looked over and the 2 year old had yogurt all over my carpet in the family room, and he was painting his pants with what was left. Obviously I had to stop to go clean up the mess. Got back on but it just wasnt the same once I quit for 5-6 minutes to do clean up duty! Now I understand why I wake up at 5:30 and do this b4 anyone else is awake. Lesson learned today, just get up early and do it, in the long run its much easier! Maybe later today I walk again and try and make up for a little lost! So I’m off work today and my oldest son has a football game this evening. How is everyone coming along with hitting the gym regularly and reaching their goals?? Hope to hear from some of you guys. let me know how our doing and what changes you’ve made! ttyl

up early and finished with workout. Today was back, traps, and biceps! wasnt to awfully bad! I hope I’m sore later! So friday is legs and I really need some advice on some exercises that will help with hams/glutes and abs! I really seem to be struggling here and what I been doing doesnt seem to be working very well, or maybe just not yet but I think I need a change. Any ideas what I can do? Advice and opinions are greatly appreciated. So now I’m about to head off to work and then maybe tonight I’ll fit a little cardio in again! I just keep feeling like I’m not doing enough~ I really need some help! Ok well everyone have great days and keep going strong, out goals will be reach!

Good morning! I’m up this morning and instead of running for my cardio this morning I walked. I’m not feeling to awfully good today. I think I have a stomach virus thats going around. Servere stomach cramping. Not nice at all. I knew I couldnt run but I also knew I couldnt be a total slack. I decided walking 20 minutes was better then skipping. I have beeen so excited about progress pictures this upcoming saturday and now I’m sick! Yuck! I have to get my **** together here! Hope everyone else is doing great with their workouts. I want to see more progress pictures posted from my friends. come on guys dont give up, we can all do this if we stay focused and tuff! Keep in touch guys! Have a good day I’m off to work but I’ll check in a lil later!

 p.s~~~later this evening I made up for what I didnt do this morning! I did my running this evening and honestly I felt better about it after I made it up. I just felt horrible even though I walked! I want these pictures to prove something and being sick and wimping out isnt going to help me much! Stay motivated people! It will be worth it in the long run! I’ve saw pictures of people on here who absolutely amaze me and I want to be one of those people someday! I want to amaze someone with progress someday! NO WAIT….. I want to amaze myself in the end and I will!!!!

Monday, October 8th, 2007

Ok so this was one long weekend. We had the wedding rehersal on friday after which I spent the entire day cooking and baking, and saturday was the wedding, which my entire family was in. I didnt eat right all weekend. I’m not saying I ate bad it just wasnt right. After that my system was so screwed up. I went out on sunday and bought a whole new bench with pulleys and all. I had to get back in the gym nice and early this morning on the right track. This weekend is my pictures so I have to hit hard and be super clean this week. The wedding was nice but I’m glad its over so now I can concentrate on myself! I still think I’m doing good I just have to do better now. Best of luck to you and I’ll talk with you all soon.
