Its been a long time out of the game and Hank says its time to get me back in this thing. This was day #2 back in the gym. Today was acrdio and let me tell you it was a good, hard workout! Anyways I need all you guys to help me get back in this thing. I have really been having problems but thanks to my friends dare to soar and hank I think I’m ready to do this again!

Thanks guys….Friends really are motivators!

challenge me

ok guys I been doing really really bad lately. I been going to the gym regularly for the first time since october. I’m finishing up my 3rd straight week with no misses., but for some reason I just cant get back into it. Before my surgery I was hard core, loving every minute of it. Ok so I didnt love waking up at 5am and I didnt love working out but I did love the way I felt afterwards and I did love the transformations I was making to my body! I need some motivation and something good. Hubby has made me a deal with body fat percentages but when he has a bad day I have a bad day! I need a motivator. I need a challenge to make me want to workout. If I have to prove something to someone I’m more likely to focus on accomplishing it. Any takers??????? lets make 2008 the best year yet!

so last night I loaded all my kids up and headed to the mall. I had their pictures taken for christmas. Amazingly enough they all fell asleep on the ride and then were awesome for their pictures. No fighting, no bickering, no whinning. was this my christmas gift??? You know if it was I’ll take it. It was so peaceful. After pictures the ride home wasnt as peaceful……but I can deal with that too.

This mornings workout was legs! It was a good one. Today was the first I’ve attempted abs since my surgery on my abdomin. It wasnt to bad. It wasnt a hard core as in the past but I got through it without feeling like I over did it and I didnt cause myself any pain. Thats good right?? tomorrow will finish up my first full week back in the gym since october! patting myself on the back!!!!! ok guys getting ready to hit shower and off to work. have a great day and workouts………… 

getting better

feeling like I’m getting better with being back in the gym. I did shoulders, traps and biceps today! I’m feeling more like myself now in the gym. I dont have so many limits that I have to follow and I’m not as afraid of hurting myself as I was a couple weeks ago. I’m going to win this body fat bet with my hubby no matter what it takes. How is everyone else doing?? HAve a great workout today and stay focused!

not to bad! today was the first I’ve been able to run again since the beginning of october. It felt kinda good to know I was REALLY getting some cardio. Things are good. Hubby and I have a little bet going on so I think I have the motivation back to take my butt into the gym again. I would love to tighen up and lose a few more pounds! we’ll see what happens! everyone else have a great day in the gym’s and at work!

So I hit the gym today! I made a new bet with hubby concerning body fat! That I can get below 16% within a 12 week period (which started saturday 12-8-07). I have to prove I can do this! Ha Ha Thats just how I am! So back to hard core weight training. I have struggled alot since my surgery, as many of you know, but I cant struggle anymore if I want to win this thing. I have to stay focused! Any tips or advice is greatly apprecaited! So I had a pretty good workout today! I have cardio tomorrow! I posted some progress pictures as well over the weekend! let me know what you all think! Thanks guys!

just venting a little……

ok so I love bb.com and I love all my friends on here. The problem is it kinda bothers me that you have to be 90% naked to have any friends on here. I know the girls look great and want to show off their body’s and I probably would want to as well if I looked like them. I also on the other hand feel like I’m logging onto playboy. I get on here for inspiration not to see naked girls! Look at the top girl profiles. How many of them look like their going for a shoot at playboy! I dont know I guess I would just like to see more girls working out and showing us average girls what it takes to look like that!

On another note today was cardio day and I did much better then Tuesday so I guess I’m getting better! Lets hope so! Hows everyone else doing and how is the workouts coming along, and by the way to all you playboy looking girls, nothing personal towards you, just share in the results….what do you do and your diets are???? Are there possibly any way of getting some workout photos on here???

feeling good about today

well folks I woke up at 5 am and got the morning workout in. I didnt go to light. It really felt good. I’m glad I’m forcing myself back into this. Its tough but its going to be well worth it. So I did back,traps and biceps today! My chest is a little sore from monday but thats always a good thing. I’m out the door now for work so I’ll be in touch soon! Everyone else have a great day in the gym or at work! Thanks for everything guys!
