Sunday Workout.
I had a great back workout yesterday. I also threw in some Bicep and trap work.
I started off my workout with Deadlifts.
Warmup: 8 reps of 135 lbs.
8 reps of 185
8 reps of 225
6 reps of 275
Next, barbell rows:
8 x 4 of 115 lbs. Medium speed pulling up to upper abs, slow on the way down. Wide grip.
One- Rows
8 x 4 of 55 lbs.
Cable rows
8 x 3 of 115 lbs.
After back, i followed with some bicep work:
Barbell curls - 8 reps of 75 lbs Supersetted with seated dumbell curls - 8 reps of 30 lb dumbells. (Repeated twice for a total of 3 sets.)
Now for my Trap work- barbell shrugs- 8 x 225 lbs. suppersetted with 8 x 80 lbs dumbell shrugs. (Repeated twice for a total of 3 sets.)
Then i did a little ab work.
It was a great workout and i feel good about it. I hope to have more and more workouts just like this one in the future.
