Sunday Workout.

I had a great back workout yesterday. I also threw in some Bicep and trap work.

I started off my workout with Deadlifts.

Warmup: 8 reps of 135 lbs.

8 reps of 185

8 reps of 225

6 reps of 275

Next, barbell rows:

8 x 4 of 115 lbs. Medium speed pulling up to upper abs, slow on the way down. Wide grip.

One- Rows

8 x 4 of 55 lbs.

Cable rows

8 x 3 of 115 lbs.

After back, i followed with some bicep work:

Barbell curls - 8 reps of 75 lbs Supersetted with seated dumbell curls - 8 reps of 30 lb dumbells. (Repeated twice for a total of 3 sets.)

Now for my Trap work- barbell shrugs- 8 x 225 lbs. suppersetted with 8 x 80 lbs dumbell shrugs. (Repeated twice for a total of 3 sets.)
Then i did a little ab work.

It was a great workout and i feel good about it. I hope to have more and more workouts just like this one in the future.

Hey guys

This is my first post on here. I going to be updating everyone and keeping a journal on here as i go through my bulk.

Here are some details:

Routine: I have a football every Mon. and Wed. days. We do lifts such as Bench, Squat, Power Cleans, and Incline bench. So after these 2 days of hard lifting i usually dont do anymore cheast for this week. On fridays, i go to the gym and work my arms (Bi’s and Tri’s) and back. I hit heavy deadlifts and rows on these days. I incorperate abs 2-3 times a week. I try to get to the gym after football on monday and mabey one more time other than friday to do my ab workouts. I may also get in a couple more sets on these days for my arms.

 So yeah, my routine is all over the place as of right now. Football is messing things up but i hvae been getting solid gains from being at football. If someone would want to help, i would love it if you could help me out creating a routine around football. (Of course with the added football conditioning.

My diet. Hmm.. I eat super clean foods. I don’t count calories either. I just make sure im full at every sitting. I’m sure im getting in enough cals, b/c i have been making steady gains.

 For right now, i’m taking whey protein, Bcaa’s, ZMA, fish oil, and NOW ecogreen multi’s. I plan on ordering some creatine mono, and some maltodextrose. Mabey some Glutamine but my money is kinda tight.

Hopefully i’ll get things straightened out soon and have a solid training and diet plan.
