Abs, triceps, back
Been doing the same routine the last couple weeks…lots of abs stretches, bends, situps on the incline; standing, sitting, lying tricep curls, pulldowns, dumbbells, but today squatting started a routine to work up to 330 by doing 205, 8 x 2. That was simple so I added leg presses 300, 10 x 3, hamstring and toe curls, 15 x 3 till time was up. We’ll see.
