Back & shoulders
After today’s cardio ride, I did 3×15, 60, shrugs, then a lot of stretching on the backward decline and straight arm situps, 5×15, before I squatted 2×5, 135, 2×5, 225, 2×3, 295. My max had been 275 but I just felt like going up to 295 today; and I did and felt high.
After a break I did front and back tricep pulldowns, benched 8×3, 100, in a new program with a goal to go up, up, and away. We’ll see. Then did tricep curls and pulldowns, 2×15, 100.
