Abs & triceps
After today’s cardio ride, most of the time was spent doing incline situps, sitting ab crunches, and hanging leg pullups. Because I read an article that it helps bench press to develop triceps I did tricep dumbbell curls, barbell curls, and pulldowns. On the Smith machine I benched 2×5x135 slowly to stay in the groove, then did lat pulldowns 120 and leg curls just to end. Before I finished I benched 1×5x135, 155, 175 and felt I learned something from reading that article.
