WELL HELLO THERE
Hello ladies and gents. This is LaRynn here yes its 1:30 in the morning and I’ve decided to write my 1st blog. Yes I worked out today after a three day break which I’m still kicking myself for. But anywho.. i did legs today and as i speak I can feel them tightening up and beginning to get sore…its GREAT hahaha. I did 4×20 lunges with a 30lb easy bar, 4×12 sets of stiff leg deadlift, 4×15 hamstring curls , and lastly 4×15 legs extensions. I think that was a pretty good day. Tomorrow is back day. HOLLER!!! Wellp thats it for now so buenos noches todos xox
