My two a day workouts are leaving me sore (in a good way)…what do most of you do to make the soreness not as bad. I work with kids all day and i could barely bend down because my thighs were on fire! lol

I just stretch as much as I can throughout the day. Also, it’s good to stay moving, especially if my legs are sore. You don’t really feel like doing cardio with sore legs, but getting moving can help get rid of soreness faster I think.
Theres no quick fix though. Just think of it as validation of a good workout.
