ode to abs
Actually I pose a question for those problem-solvers of the bb world. How in the hell does one get "shredded abs" without extreme dieting, supplements or steriods? I’m beginning to think such a bodily attribution is much like the Spanish Inquisition - torturous. Yeah, yeah. If it was easy anyone wouuld do it. I get your forum signatures. I just can’t fathom such shallow masochism.

its not something that i have even myself achieved yet but it is all in the diet and the work out,
do abs three times a week (every other day) and do cardio on the days that you aren’t doing abs (i suggest swimming) all that on top of your usual work outs
for diet…chicken is your best friend, brown rice, vegitables an some fruit (not alot cause its packed with sugar), and cheat meals i’d say everything in moderation)
