I haven’t been on here for a while. There have been many changes: physically, mentally, emotionally & most important spiritually. So I am going to get back in shape. I will be blogging more soon.
Of course it does. What Iam going 2 do is keep a food journal with me, write down everything I eat 4 a month, Take it 2 a nutritionist & let him or her critque my habits.
I know 4 a fact that I need 2 make better choices in my eating habits. I know that is 1 of the reasons why Iam not feeling 110% these days.
Welcome 2 my blog. Iam so glad that u decided to join me. Just got back from the gym & I have decided that I will be consistent in training. I do want 2 b a bodybuilder but, I need 2 look great.
