What no energy?

What the heck is up with this??  I felt a little quesy on Sunday..think I had some bad scallops possibly?  And since then.. I have NO, I repeat NO energy!!  I’m ok first thing in the am.. but I can’t ‘replenish’  I had plenty of complex carbs today in the form of brown rice every few hours…and its a good thing I finished my weight training this morning because tonight.. all I could muster was 20 mins on the treadmill(walking!!) and 20 mins on the bike.. how frustrating!!  I have obstacle course practice tomorrow.  This stuff better get out of town!!  Cause I need energy to do that!!  I"m taking vitamins.. and I"m eating plenty!!  And drinking a gallon of water a day.. but I feel so run down.   Napped both yesterday and today after work.  I feel like I’m on depletion week..and I"m not!

Yup still here still training..still feeling not quite 100%.  Left rear delt is almost back..lifting is going better, I"m consistantly increasing weights again on upper body(finally!!!) ..and I can cargo flip and wall @ near personal best times again, monkey bars..hmm well not yet. 

Left hip, tendon I think..is ’sore’ for lack of a better explanation..??  When I’m warm its fine..when I sit in cold(ie a/c) for long periods of time(ie work) it gets really stiff and hurts to move..No clue what is really wrong with it..not impacting workouts at this point other then.. mentally.. hopefully it will heal.  I want to be at 100% for the WTF May 5th competition(its an obstacle course/skills/fitness routine, no figure part) Of course I’m having issue with my music ‘man’ at the moment.  How do we do it?? lol

Diet

Ok this is generally what I’ve been eating lately…

Meal 1 5:30am 1/2 grapefruit 8 oz distilled water(before going to the gym)

Meal 2 7:30am 1/2 grapefruit 8 oz distilled water, 6 egg whites, 1 slice no sugar added whole wheat bread, w/1tbls natural peanut butter

Meal 3 9-10am 1 cup coffee or occaisionally a nonfat latte with splenda, if I’m straving I’ll have either 1 serving plain oatmeal or 10 almonds.. sometimes I’ll just have celery

Meal 4 11:45am lettuce, tomato, carrots, celery, green peppers, broccoli, 3 tbls cottage cheese, 1 nonfat yogurt 10 ounces water

Meal 5 2:30pm 1 low carb wrap with low sodium tuna(1/2 can) and tomato

Meal 6 5pm 1/2 can tuna and if hungry med sweet potato

Meal 7 7pm if hungrey..6 egg whites and veggies

snacks celery and carrots..

I drink usually a gallon of distilled water a day.. sometimes I have boiled chicken in place of the tuna .. or maybe once or twice a week beef.  Sometimes brown rice instead of the sweet potato or wrap.  On Saturdays I do an intense obstacle course workout…so that morning I add oatmeal along with my regular meal..and sometimes additional fruit.  That’s all folks.. very low sodium products..and I don’t take cheat meals.  I’ve been on this diet since January 29th..and I’ve had one cheat meal.. a south beach pizza.  Any advice..anyone?

Still dieting… I use FitDay.com to track my calories and percentages.  Been doing very well sticking to it and seeing bodyfat drop..I should write down what I’ve lost when I see my trainer next and post it here.  Haven’t lost that many pounds yet, but def can see a dif.  I have a photo shoot on Saturday so this is almost like a pre-contest purge week, mainly because I’m not yet where I would like to be.  But I won’t do a full purge that is too much in my opinion, I will just lower the carbs a bit and hope for the best.  So hopefully I’ll have some decent photos to post soon?? 
The shoot if for a PowerSystems add for Women’s Tri-Fitness Magazine(which you can find online at www.wtfmag.com) the issue I’m in may not be out for a while.  Not 100% sure, but I think I"m doing the WTF show on May 5th and a NPC Figure show near the end of May, and one in June.  Just depends how everything works out.  Weight training is going fine, but right now the concentration is rehabing the left rear delt and losing bodyfat.  Once I’ve trimmed up a bit more..and the delt is 100% I’ll move on to adding size, etc..  Ok, starting to bore myself to tears.. so that’s it for now.
