another week is ending.

Another week goes by..I’m still dieting , the shoulder/rear delt feels better, but still fatigues with very light weight, frustrating, but better then not being able to do anything.  I have obstacle course training today I’ve kept going but its been 2 weeks since I’ve done the climbing(ie upper body related) obstacles.  I want to try them today, but in my head I think it may be too soon, time will tell. lol  My mood has been up and down this week..because I’m not sure what my next figure comp will be, I don’t feel ready for the one my trainer wanted me to do.  But I want to be challenged.  I wish the Florida NPC schedule would be out..  I want to get started planning!!

Well I’ve written blogs before but not yet on here..  I had an awesome year last year, and kicked my training into high gear this year in late January.  I have a slight over training/fatigure injury on my left shoulder right now..but I’m keeping positive that it will soon heal and I will be back on my way.  Have the usual issues that everyone has…wondering if the 10 weeks between now and my first figure show of the year will be enough…regardless..I think it will be a good start to another great year.  If I make half as much progress this year as I did last year, I’ll be very happy.  One question I have if anyone out there reads this..how do you keep up the diet/workout regime without everyone you know thinking you’ve lost your mind(@least those who aren’t in the industry?)  Its not hard to just ignore it..but it can be frustrating that ppl you work with and are friends with think your nuts.  Ok enough rambling for today.
