Alot better…

Bad news first. I was using calipers to record my bodyfat percentage and I thought I was doing pretty good. Well I bought a bodyfat scale and it says that my body fat is 38 percent. WOW, the calipers said 29. I was hoping that the calipers where right but after looking at some other people’s numbers I think my bodyfat scale is right. Anyway, I’m not discouraged because I have been making slow but steady progress.
Which leads to the good news. I lot another 2lbs of fat. Yes! I have started being more discplined in my eating. I still have my days where I eat unclean but now it’s 1 or 2 days out of the week….2 if I got stuff on my mind. before I was eating 1 or 2 days clean and the rest unclean so I am making progress. I’ve been working out like crazy but I think because I still have those 2 unclean days it slows down my weightloss. I bet if I was eating right 7 days a week I would lose alot more fat.
Which also brings me to another subject. July I am eating clean everyday except Sunday where I eat what I want but stay at the same calorie range. I’m at around 1400 which I know I should be lower to lose more fat. I’m getting there it’s been more of a mental challenge than anything. Of course I didn’t meet my first goal and I’m 6lbs away from my second short-term goal. Tuesda is my deadline but I think if I stay focused this week I can drop a good 3lbs of fat.
I’ve started focusing on fatloss than weightloss overall. It’s when I actually lose fat that makes a difference not water and not muscle. To be continued…
