Iv been in School for one week and my 5th week in football so far my Sophmore Year and i think ive got the Varsity Nose Guard Position down and thats pretty sweet and iv Deffently have saw a improvement in me endurance and iv exceeded most of the other Players>>>>.!

Im happy its thursday because tommarow is Friday and i get next week of from Football legs are sore and ive been working out my upper body at home and the wmca iv got my arm back up to about 14.5 and my other arm is 15.5 but my right arm was 12 when i first got my cast off and its been about 3 weeks!

week 2 of football camp iv lost about 4 pounds of water weight but thats easy to get back i weigh 156 and im gonna get two 170 before wrestling season and then lose most of my bodyfat so i hope to weigh about 165 with very little bodyfat.(About 3%)

Im 15 i got into lifting a little when i was 13 and i really got into it when i was 14 and my plan is to work extreamly hard everyday except sunday (work like every week is another comp) and eat properly untill i turn 17 and then turn Pro!

Hey i just got back from camping today i took some weights with me for bicep curls and tricep ex so i can try to get my arm back and it going along pretty good i can already see results and its only been a week. got football camp monday!

Ok my newest Pic is one of me wright after i got my cast off i broke my hand SkateBoarding i broke it as soon as i was starting to get good at skatebording and now i suck and im not Quite as Big as i use to be eather so im done with skatebording and all my effort is going to BodyBuilding to improve my Sport Carrer and Maybe Get into The Comp’s of BodyBuiding.
