I've known Christian for about 4 years now, I'm not a closed person to him, but let me tell you this article will be very important to him.

Everybody needs some recognition in life, and it's good to be remembered for our good actions and achievements. Certainly there's a famous quote that says "nobody is a prophet in his own land" and that is true for Christian. In Chile he's never had the recognition he deserves, yet he's well remembered in other countries for he's achievements in Bodybuilding and above all for his good kind nature and special charisma.
As you said, he's a very nice person, always there to give a hand to people who needs it, but sometimes in our world people take advantage of such and very often he's been betrayed by very close friends (as far as I know).
As a bodybuilder, when training in Chile and walking at an offseason weight of 300 pounds, I had the privilege of seeing him working out and it was something to remember. It's gonna be so difficult to have another champion like him, living in Chile. This is a country where bodybuilders are seeing like some freaks of nature belong to a subculture, as a matter of fact he was kicked off several Gyms over the years just for being BIG!!!
Today as you said, he's trying to make it in the retail supplement stores business and still organizing the best bodybuilding contest in the country.
He has found love and above all I think that's what's most important in life.
Success comes and goes, but what remains is the person, the champion like Christian Lobarede.

Well i just want to wish the best to Christian and Maryand they deserve it, is very hard to be a good bodybuilder especially on Chile because of the support you have to have and the money you got to invest, the dedication, and the hunger to be one of the best, and i believe Christian had it and still got it.

Best Regards Christian,

I'm one of the persons that eats10+ servings a week. I was reading about the benefits of milk with pb. Something maybe of interest to you- I take about a teaspoon+ of pb at a time (crunchy, natural, no-salt) and chew it for a while. Then drink some milk and continue chewing the pb. After a while swallow. I go through 3,4,5, or 6 teaspoons at a time this way. I really like it and it's become a standby whenever I'm hungry and want something fast and good to eat. I've been doing it for about 3(?) years now. During the 3, I tired of it for a while- for 4 or 5 month- and then got hungry for it again.
I think the crunchy is best to eat this way. The peanut bits force me to chew a lot so that the amalase gets busy on the carbs and, as a result, are more likely to become something other than fat.
I tried this with smooth. Really bad!!! Just gummyness. I've tried it with a couple juices but the milk seems best. This seems a good way to get the goods from pb without the extra bad(?) carbs from bagels, jelly or other go-togethers that are often used.
Wishing you well and good health,
Patrick
