I did it…

OK folks, i actually did it. I did my two miles outside. I’m so excited!!! I actually achieved a goal that I had set out for myself. :-) Now  all I have to do is be consistant with the two miles for the next couple of weeks. I figure i’ll give myself a month at two miles before I try and go up to three miles. I figure that if I keep running i’ll be able to complete my first 5k in December.

Now if I could only concentrate on improving my eating habits. I either eat too much or not enough. *hehe*

 

My workouts at the gym have’nt been too bad either. Still running for 35 minutes and Eplitical level 7 bfor 30 minutes. As usual I really have a hard time doing the weights. This seems to be a BIG challenge.

Well..its time to get some reading done. *relaxing time*
