OK folks, i actually did it. I did my two miles outside. I’m so excited!!! I actually achieved a goal that I had set out for myself.
Now all I have to do is be consistant with the two miles for the next couple of weeks. I figure i’ll give myself a month at two miles before I try and go up to three miles. I figure that if I keep running i’ll be able to complete my first 5k in December.
Now if I could only concentrate on improving my eating habits. I either eat too much or not enough. *hehe*
My workouts at the gym have’nt been too bad either. Still running for 35 minutes and Eplitical level 7 bfor 30 minutes. As usual I really have a hard time doing the weights. This seems to be a BIG challenge.
Well..its time to get some reading done. *relaxing time*

Ok, so i’m still trying to complete two whole miles when running outside. So far I can only do 1.5 miles. DAM!! OOoohhh…but today I was able to run 2 miles at the gym efforllessly. *yipppeee*
My workout today:
Treadmill 2 miles/1.5 incline 35 minutes
Elipitcal Level 7/30 minutes
Now here is the fun part, what I ate during the course of the day:
Awake at 0530
Breakfast: 3 cups of Coffee between 0630-0900
Breakfast: Banana/1 Liter water 0930
Lunch: Side salad w/Advecado Ranch Dressing/1 Liter water 1200
1 Liter water 1330-1430
1 Liter water/ waterv and MORE water…….*yummy*
Dinner:
1 hotdog w/no bun 1730
1 glass of OJ
and……………………
water.

So its been a while since i’ve posted any new blogs, but i’m still at it. I’ve lost about 12 pounds. Its been a sllloooooowww process but with my crazy work schedule I squeeze in a workout whenever I can. Lately i’ve been running about twice a week outside. Its funny cause in the gym I can run two miles like nothing. But for some strange reason I can only run about a mile and a half when I run outside. Its harder when outside with the sun beating down on my head. *L* My short term goal is to RUN two miles outside. ( Fingers Crossed)
As for the gym, i’ve been going about 2x a week. I’ve been doing alot of Cardio (Like Usual). I do 30 minutes on the Treadmill, 30 Minutes on the Elipitical on level 7 and sometmes the Stairmaster at level 4 for 20 minutes. I really need to start lifting more. (I hate it)
This week my schedule is not so crazy so i’m gonna go to the gym more. I wanna take a class. I’ll let everyone know how it goes.
Well, its Friday night…gotta go get ready to meet some friends for a drink. *Rum & Coke*
Does anyone have any low Calorie Drink suggestions?? Something that is not beer. *hehe*

OK folks today was day 2 of my comeback. I had a really good workout. The only thing that sucks is that i’m always in a rush when I go to the gym because they close at 10pm. I get out of work at 8pm. By the time I get to the gym its 830pm. I wish they were open till 11pm.
-Treadmill 4.0 /35 minutes
-Elipitical Level 2 /20 minutes
-Stairmaster Level 5/10 minutes
-Squats 2 sets of 15 (Sooooo hard LOL)

OK..so today was my first day back in the gym in a couple of months. I was excited and still am. I must admit that I got tired fast but kept at it. Looking forward to day 2.
- Elipitical 20 minutes level 1
-Treadmill 40 minutes 4.2 (Walking only)

Its been a while since I last went to the gym. I don’t know what happened. I was feeling good, eating better and then my birthday came around and I just stopped going to the gym. I don’t get it. So now I feel like crap! Tired and heavy. I’m hating the way I feel. That is why i have decided to stop complaing about it and do something about it. I’m back! I’m gonna get my body back in shape. No more excuses!

Today I feel like I had another good workout. I did the following:
Elipitical: Level 2/30 minutes
Treadmill: Level 2-Random/45 minutes
Arm Curls: 25lbs/ 4 sets 15 each
Butter flys: 30lbs/ 4 sets 15 each
Bench Press: 30lbs/4 sets 15 each

OK..so today I went to the gym. I had a really good workout. Today I did my usual 45 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes Elipitical, and then I did the dreaded arm workouts today…It went well. I even managed to do abs today. I then wanted to end my workout with a bike ride. As I was walking towards the bike machines my Ipod stops. So I think to myself "hmm…maybe my battery died" and then I realize it says "Playing" WTF!! My stupid A$$ Ipod is not working. Can you just imagine how horrified I was. I hope I can figure out whats wrong with it tonight. If not then i’ll have to go to the gym without my music (not a good thing) Cross your fingers everyone.

I had a really good workout today, It was so dam good I did’nt wanna stop. I did the following:
-45 minutes on the Treadmill
-30 minutes on the Elipitical
-4 sets of 30lbs/15x leg curls
-4 sets of 30lbs/15x Hip thingy..(I can never remember the name *L*)
-4 sets of 60lb/20x Leg Extenders (Something like that)
-Some Lunges (however u spell it)
-20 minutes on the bike level 2
It was great!!
